Solicitors Services

We provide the following services:-

Our aim is to provide a friendly, personal service. We are conscious that clients have busy, active lives and that they require their business to be handled efficiently and professionally. To this end we have equipped ourselves with the most up to date technology whilst at the same time recognising the value of a personal approach.

We act for individuals and small and large companies. Our solicitors have collectively in excess of 105 years' experience in legal practice. We are able to provide sound legal advice in all areas of private and business law.

We provide a full estate agency service on a competitive commission basis. We also offer a free pre-sale valuation.

Making a Will is a good way to leave your possessions to whom you want. When making a Will you appoint a person (or persons) whom you trust as executor(s) to deal with the administration of your estate. If you do not have a Will the Court will appoint an executor which will be your nearest surviving relative ……and this may not necessarily be someone whom you would have chosen.

If you own a house jointly with another person, you will probably want to make sure they inherit your half share after your death. This does not always happen automatically and if you do not leave a Will the joint-owner may not inherit your share of the house. This can cause enormous problems and may be disastrous for the co-owner.

Although "DIY" Will forms are available these do not give good advice regarding what will happen to your assets in the way that your Solicitor can.

When someone dies it is a very stressful and confusing time but if you leave a Will it will make dealing with your affairs so much easier for your family.
